Myatt my wife at my death if she should out live me all my land that I now own considering about 58 acres it being the tract that I now live on lying in Putnam County Tennessee and Dist No 8 and bounded as follows . . . To have and to hold the said land to the said Mary C. Myatt my wife ??? her natural life if she should out live me and if it should become necessary for her to sell said land in order to get support then in that case my wife is to sell so much of said land as is necessary for her sustance then the remainder at her death to go to my heirs at law and if said Mary C. Myatt should marry another man then this is to be void. This third day of February 1896.
