- Mary Daniel is the lawful wife of William Noah Daniel.
- Dated 8 October 1908
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
- W. L. Ray (15 Oct 1908) - William Noah Daniel was accidentally shot as he was standing next to WLR. He saw WND holler and went to him. WND whole hand up to his wrist was badly torn up by a load from his own gun (an old musket). This was in the fall of 1862. He understood that WND was discharged on account of that wound.
- D. C. Gossage (21 Oct 1908) - Certified that the marriage records of Putnam County does not show a record for WND and Mary Dalton and that the Court House burned in 1899. Marriage records prior to the year 1879 were lost.
- Tennessee Board of Pension Examiners (26 Oct 1908) - requests WND service records.
- War Department (28 Oct 1908) - Returned his service records
- J. T. Graham (4 Feb 1909 - White County) - was present at the marriage of WND and Mary Dalton and Thomas Stone performed the ceremony.
