    Gen. Marion Cummings - SPARTA, Tenn., Nov. 27 -- Capt. Marion Cummings, an ex-Confederate soldier, died yesterday near here. He was one of White County's best citizens. J. D. Cummings, of Chattanooga. Dr. Cummings, of Rookmart, Ga., and W. B. Cummings, of Monterey, are his sons, and Hon. M. A. Cummings, of Knoxville, is his brother.
